DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM GMT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day depending on availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM GMT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS* Whilst we aim for orders to arrive within two working days please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-5 working days. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all unworn hair pieces within 14 days of the order date. If tags are removed then the hair piece is non returnable. Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.
